AI 拥抱、亲吻等亲密模板被 Guideline 1.1 拒审
§ 01这类拒审通常意味着什么
Apple 看了 AI 照片或视频应用的模板库，认定让两个人产生肢体接触的模板存在滥用风险。标准不是「这张示例露不露骨」，而是「用户能不能拿别人的照片做出露骨内容」。
§ 02Apple 这句原文在暗示什么
The app references or includes features that some users may find objectionable or could be used to create objectionable content.
Specifically, the app includes templates for generating content showing people making intimate contact with each other, such as hugging, kissing, or other intimate templates. While these templates alone may not be objectionable, they could be used to create objectionable content.
To resolve this issue, remove all templates for generating content showing intimate contact.
按顺序读这三句。第一句是条款，第二句点名类别（拥抱、亲吻、其他亲密接触），第三句就是修复方式：全部删除。Apple 还承认模板本身可能无害，这等于提前堵住了「我们没有恶意」的辩解。
§ 03常见原因
- 跟风上线的「AI 拥抱」「AI 亲吻」、情侣、婚礼类模板。
- 把两张上传的人脸或人像合成到同一画面的模板。
- 上次过审后，服务端模板库又上新了。
- 模板名做了本地化，用英文关键词搜不到。
- 自由 prompt 不用模板也能描述同样的接触。
§ 04怎么判断你是哪一种
- 导出完整模板库，包括已停用、分地区和只在实验里的模板。
- 给所有出现两人及以上身体接触的模板打标：拥抱、亲吻、依偎、贴身跳舞、躺在一起等。
- 用自由 prompt 和双人照片上传，试着复现被删的模板效果。
- 确认商品页和投放素材里是否还有这些效果。
§ 05项目里该查什么
- 所有语言下的模板 ID、名称和标签
- CDN 上的缩略图和预览视频
- 应用包里的内置兜底模板
- 能恢复某组模板的远程配置开关
- 生成服务的 prompt 黑名单和结果审核
- 截图、应用预览、关键词和应用内 banner
§ 06不要做什么
- 不要按地区、账号注册时长或审核时段把模板藏起来。
- 不要把「Kiss」改名成「Love」就重新提交。
- 删模板之前不要申诉。Apple 已经告诉你怎么改了。
- 不要匆忙重新提交。Extended Review 会让每次失败的代价更高。
§ 07怎么改
- 从服务端模板库和包内兜底模板里删除打标的模板。
- 把同类内容加入 prompt 黑名单和生成结果审核。
- 删除相关缩略图、banner、推送文案、截图和关键词。
- 包里有相关内容就出新构建；没有的话，回复前先确认线上模板库已清理干净。
- 在 Resolution Center 简短、如实地列出删了什么、在哪里删的。
§ 08怎么验证改完了
- 在审核员所在的商店地区，用干净设备、未登录、全新安装，把模板库完整滑一遍。
- 在模板库里搜 hug、kiss、couple 以及对应的本地语言词。
- 用 prompt 尝试生成被删的效果，确认会被拦截。
- 以普通用户视角看一遍 App Store 商品页。

- 新增的 prompt 和审核规则
- 模板库修改前后的截图
- 说明改动对所有用户生效，而不只针对审核

§ 11现在该不该申诉
不建议。Apple 已经点名类别和修复方式。只有拒信引用的模板根本没有人物接触时，申诉才有意义。
§ 12接下来常问的问题
- 合影或全家福模板算不算？
- Apple 的原词是「亲密接触」。两人并排站着通常没问题；拥抱、亲吻、躺在一起不行。拿不准的，这次提交先删掉。
- 过审后能不能再把模板加回来？
- 不能。过审后加回来，正是会导致 DPLA 3.2(f) 封号的行为。
